NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

HONEY & HAZEL IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. PLEASE REVIEW NEW POLICIES AS OF MARCH 1, 2012:

NO REFUNDS. Milly & Earl will issue STORE CREDIT for undamaged merchandise returned within 30 days and accompanied by original receipt.

After MARCH 31, 2012 there will be no exchanges for merchandise purchased at Honey & Hazel. Milly & Earl will provide customers with a 31-day period to return goods for store credit with a receipt only and to use store credits previously issued by Honey & Hazel. Customers may also apply Honey & Hazel store credits at Honey & Hazel Kids, located at 770 Metropolitan Avenue through March 31, 2012.

Requests for jewelry repairs may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Repairs are not guaranteed and are submitted to local designers as a courtesy. After 14 days, Milly & Earl is not responsible for repairs to broken or damaged items.

Web Returns will be accepted for undamaged merchandise for a period of 30 days after customer receives goods. Goods will not be accepted without an email notification within 7 days after customer receives goods. Return must be accompanied with original receipt of sale at which point a store credit will be issued.

All discounted or sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Honey & Hazel opened in June 2010 and has since sold stylish and affordable jewelry, accessories, home decor, and other gifts that are (mostly) "homegrown in Brooklyn."

Honey & Hazel Storefront

Honey & Hazel is owned by Melissa "Mel" Gorski, a Chicago native, who in her previous life was a public relations and marketing pro for major media and lifestyle brands, including Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, House Beautiful, Playboy and msnbc.com.

The name Honey & Hazel was inspired by the owner's name (Melissa means "honey") and the hazel tree, which many cultures consider a symbol of creativity - reflected in the store's unique and sweetly creative product collections.
