orders/shipping faq

Shipping

Honey & Hazel ships within the continental U.S. via USPS priority mail (2-3 days, select standard shipping at checkout) or overnight express mail.  All orders ship within 48 hours.  Orders over 10 lbs. may be subject to additional fees.  We will contact you prior to applying any additional charges.  Please contact shop@honeyandhazel.com for more information about shipping options.

Gifts

Please note in the "Special Instructions" field in your shopping cart whether you would like us to include a gift note with your order.

Gift wrapping is available for a $5.00 additional fee.  

Returns

No refunds.  Undamaged merchandise may be returned for online store credit only or exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value within 45 days of the original invoice date and with original receipt.  Please note our processing time for exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Once your credit is processed, you will receive an email notification.

  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
  • Honey & Hazel accepts returned merchandise only in its original condition and original packaging. 
  • Sale items and bath and body products are FINAL SALE. 
  • All apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue.  Thereafter, unused Honey & Hazel credit is forfeited.

To make a return or exchange contact us via email at shop@honeyahdhazel.com to specify the reason.

The item should be shipped via USPS in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy). Returns must be packed securely and insured for the full price of the item and shipped to the following address: Honey & Hazel Returns, 351 Graham Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11211.

Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Once the return is received we will e-mail you confirmation of the return. If you are requesting a credit we will send you a credit memo via email.
